The first festival weekend of the Kuopio Media Festival culminates in the KMTF Rave on Saturday 19 September from 2 pm to 6 pm. Kauppakatu in front of KUMMA will be closed to traffic and transformed into an open dance floor in the heart of the city.

Organised in collaboration with K0ntro, the event brings DJs to the street with pulsing rhythms and danceable electronic music. This four-hour outdoor party invites festival-goers, local residents and passers-by alike to enjoy music, dancing and a vibrant atmosphere. Bass frequencies will carry down the block as the KMTF Rave brings festival energy to the city centre.
