During your exhibition visit, you can make use of various self-guided activities suitable for visitors of different ages.
- Olotila Lounge (2nd floor) – a relaxed space where you can take a break, draw, play board games, explore a small art library, and spend time freely.
- Drawing Carts – located in the exhibition space, the carts include drawing materials for observation-based sketching and creative work.
- Step into Art photo setting – a photo setting created by artist Maiju Ruuskanen invites you into curious imagination. Step into the artwork and take a picture as a memory for yourself or to share with someone close to you.
- Playful carte de visite portraits – in the Viggo & Victor exhibition, you can invent wildly funny stories and develop intriguing characters inspired by old carte de visite photographs. This self-guided activity point is located in KUMMA’s stair hall.
- Friendship book – the people in Viggo Wallensköld’s paintings are mysterious. They each have a story to tell. Step into their role and fill in a friendship book on their behalf.

You can test your skills with KUMMA’s Magic Brush audio game. The audio game is suitable for all the museum’s exhibitions, but you can also play it at home, in kindergartens and at school.

Materials on loan
KUMMA’s loan materials offer a wide range of activities for different target groups. The loan materials include instructions and items for recreational activities and teaching situations.
