Ollipekka Kangas: AI Workshop – A Surreal Dive: From Collage to AI Film

In this workshop, digital collages are brought to life through the creative possibilities of artificial intelligence. Participants will explore cinematic storytelling, style synchronization, unexpected transitions and sound design using a range of creative tools and AI-assisted workflows.

At the end of the day, the completed works will be screened together in a premiere-style viewing session. Along the way, participants are invited to reflect on an intriguing question: is AI merely the artist’s brush, or a creative collaborator?

What to bring

  • A Gmail account
  • A laptop or iPad with iMovie, DaVinci Resolve or Canva installed
  • A few personal photographs or digital drawings
